At The Office of Us, we want you to feel confident in your professional wardrobe; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a seamless refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
